Our President Linda Thulin is a restless rail advocate!

As she took the floor at the Scandinavian Rail Optimisation conference last week, she delivered an impassionate speech on the significance of international rail cooperation and the benefits it brings to Scandinavia.

The key messages she conveyed from that podium:

• IMs are working hard together to make Europe more competitive, prosperous, and climate-neutral
• EU legislation, as well as the RFC Network it established, lays the necessary framework for seamless cross-border rail transport and a smart use of infrastructure
• Innovative tools and procedures developed and coordinated by RNE are already in place to ensure customers’ smooth access to rail, including PCS, CIP, and ICM
