• The Customer Workshop, RAG/TAG-meeting, of 2020 was scheduled
• We published the review report of the ICM Case in Rendsburg
• The Annual Report of 2019 was published
• The Brenner Task Force was formed
• Our new CRM-manager, Kosta, joined ScanMed RFC and the team
• An ICM workshop took place in Stockholm and was fruitful
