Johnny Tilgrim has worked for the railways since 2001, he started his railway career working with the commuter trains in Stockholm, Sweden.
Since 2005 Johnny has had different roles within Trafikverket, the Swedish Infrastructure manager. Mostly he has worked with delay and cancellation charges and different performance schemes. Recently he has been managing the After Sales division within Trafikverket, responsible for, among other duties, invoicing and settling disputes with traffic operators. The After Sales division has also successfully implemented the handling of a new law in Sweden dealing with the right of recourse. Johnny has experience working with social medias through Aftonbladet, one of Sweden’s biggest newspapers and other online news sources and forums. In the past he has worked mainly within customer service and has gathered practical as well as theoretical experience in communications and project management.
Born in Finland but living in Sweden with dual citizenship Johnny has now decided to change tracks and accepted the opportunity to work full steam ahead internationally.
